MFI Measuring Instrument

As for plastic raw material testing,Jiafuh assigns experts to do the MFI testing to ensure the best quality of the plastic raw materials. During manufacture ,every four hours a MFI testing is performed for plastic products to check the stability of injectiom molding conditions and then to ensure the stability of process quality. Dimensions for mold inserts and accessories are inspected by QC Department through precision linear height gauge and profile projector. They receive machining in strict accordance with engineering design drawings. The mold is precisely manufactured.Jiafuh makes very specific records of quality and testing status in every manufacturing process to ensure product quality .Very specific inspection reports are accompanied to every shipment to meet our customers' various needs!
